EMF (Electromagnetic Fields)

Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) are invisible areas of energy generated by electrical devices and natural sources like the Earth. They consist of electric and magnetic components that spread through space, allowing devices such as phones, power lines, and appliances to operate. EMFs are classified into low-frequency fields, like those from power lines, and high-frequency fields, such as from cell phones and wireless signals. While EMFs are all around us and essential for technology, ongoing research continues to study their potential health effects. Current evidence suggests that typical exposure levels are generally safe, but guidelines exist to limit excessive exposure.
