Embodied AI
Embodied AI refers to artificial intelligence systems that have a physical form, such as robots or virtual avatars, allowing them to interact with the world in a more human-like manner. Unlike traditional AI that exists solely in software, embodied AI can perceive its environment through sensors, make decisions based on that input, and act on its surroundings. This capability enables more natural interactions and learning through experience, similar to how humans learn from their physical interactions with the world. Essentially, it combines AI with robotics to create systems that can move, manipulate objects, and engage effectively in real-life situations.
