ELISA kits

ELISA kits (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay kits) are laboratory tools used to detect and measure specific proteins, such as hormones, antibodies, or other molecules, in a sample like blood or saliva. They work by using antibodies—special proteins that recognize the target molecule—attached to a surface. When the sample is added, if the target is present, it binds to these antibodies. A color-changing reaction occurs if the target is detected, allowing scientists to determine its amount. ELISA kits are valuable for diagnosing diseases, monitoring health, and conducting research quickly and accurately.
