Electronic viewfinder

An electronic viewfinder (EVF) is a small digital display inside a camera that shows you exactly what the camera’s lens sees. Unlike traditional optical viewfinders that use mirrors and lenses to look through, an EVF uses a tiny screen to preview your shot in real-time, including exposure, focus, and other settings. This allows for accurate framing in bright sunlight and offers additional information about the image. EVFs are common in mirrorless cameras, providing a clear, adjustable, and informative viewing experience that helps photographers capture their desired shot more precisely.
