Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs) are digital mapping tools used by mariners to safely navigate waterways. ENCs are created using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and areintegrated with Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS), providing real-time, accurate, and up-to-date data.
