Electric Generators

Electric generators are devices that convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. They work based on electromagnetic induction: when a coil of wire spins inside a magnetic field (or a magnetic field moves around a coil), it causes electric charges in the wire to move, creating electricity. This process is similar to how motion can produce current. Generators are used in power plants, to supply electricity for homes and businesses, using turbines driven by wind, water, or steam. Essentially, they transform various forms of energy into electrical power, enabling modern life to function smoothly.
