
El Tajin
El Tajín is an ancient archaeological site located in Veracruz, Mexico, known for its stunning pre-Hispanic architecture and rich cultural heritage. Dating back to around 600 AD to 1200 AD, it was a significant city of the Totonac civilization. The site is famous for its unique pyramids, particularly the Pyramid of the Niches, characterized by distinct niches on its sides.
