EFIS

EFIS, or Electronic Flight Instrument System, is a digital display system in an aircraft that provides pilots with critical flight information—such as altitude, speed, attitude (orientation), heading, and other navigation data—via electronic screens instead of traditional mechanical instruments. It integrates and presents data from multiple sensors in a clear, easy-to-read format, enhancing situational awareness and safety. EFIS systems are customizable, allowing pilots to view essential information efficiently, and they form a core part of modern glass cockpit technology, making aircraft operation more precise and intuitive.
