Ecigarettes
E-cigarettes, also known as vaping devices, are electronic tools that heat a liquid (e-liquid or vape juice) to create a vapor that users inhale. This vapor often contains nicotine, flavorings, and other chemicals. E-cigarettes do not burn tobacco like traditional cigarettes; instead, they produce an aerosol, making them perceived as less harmful. People use them for smoking cessation or recreationally. While they eliminate some harmful substances found in cigarette smoke, e-cigarettes still deliver nicotine and other chemicals that can pose health risks, especially with prolonged use or among youth.
