Echography
Echography, commonly known as ultrasound, is a medical imaging technique that uses sound waves to create images of the inside of the body. A device called a transducer sends out high-frequency sound waves, which bounce off tissues and organs. The echoes are captured and converted into visual images on a monitor. Echography is non-invasive, painless, and does not involve radiation, making it safe for various applications, including examining organs, monitoring pregnancies, and diagnosing conditions. It provides real-time images, helping doctors assess health and make informed decisions about care.
