Ebola survivors

Ebola survivors are individuals who have recovered from Ebola virus disease after infection. While they often clear the virus from their bodies, some may experience ongoing health issues, known as post-Ebola syndrome, which can include fatigue, joint pain, vision problems, and mental health challenges. Survivors might also carry traces of the virus in certain fluids temporarily, but this doesn't usually pose a risk to others once they are fully recovered. Their experiences highlight both the resilience in overcoming a severe illness and the importance of ongoing medical support and monitoring.
