EB-5 Visa Program
The EB-5 Visa Program is a U.S. immigration pathway that allows foreign investors to obtain permanent residency (a green card) by investing a minimum of $900,000 or $1.8 million in a U.S. business that creates at least 10 jobs for Americans. The goal is to stimulate economic growth and job creation. If the investment and job requirements are met, investors and their immediate family can live and work in the United States permanently. The program is overseen by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
