Early Christian Church

The Early Christian Church refers to the initial period of Christianity, roughly from the 1st to 4th centuries AD, when followers of Jesus Christ began to gather and establish communities based on his teachings. During this time, church leaders developed key beliefs and practices, wrote sacred texts, and faced persecution from the Roman Empire. The Early Church emphasized faith, communal worship, and moral living. It laid the foundation for Christian doctrine and organized religion, leading to the eventual legalization and spread of Christianity throughout Europe and beyond after Emperor Constantine's Edict of Milan in 313 AD.
