Dvaitadvaita
Dvaitadvaita, a philosophy developed by philosopher Shri Madhva, is a nuanced view of the divine, integrating differences and unity. It posits that the individual soul (jiva) and the Supreme (Vishnu) are fundamentally distinct but also connected in a dependent relationship. Unlike strict dualism, Dvaitadvaita recognizes that while souls are separate entities, they are also inseparably linked to Vishnu through devotion and grace. This interconnectedness means that the individual can attain liberation by serving and realizing Vishnu’s supreme nature, acknowledging both the difference and unity within the divine cosmos.
