Duke University's Tip Program

Duke University’s Tip Program is an initiative that recognizes and encourages positive student behaviors by collecting voluntary tips from peers, faculty, and staff. Participants can nominate students who demonstrate kindness, leadership, academic integrity, or community service. These tips are then reviewed, and recipients may receive acknowledgments, rewards, or recognition to promote a supportive campus culture. The program aims to highlight and reinforce the values of respect, responsibility, and community, fostering an environment where positive actions are appreciated and encouraged across the university community.
