Dual Covenant Theology
Dual Covenant Theology is the belief that God has established two separate covenants or agreements with humanity: one with the Jewish people and another with non-Jewish people (Gentiles). This view acknowledges the unique role of Judaism in revealing God while also affirming that other faiths can connect to God in their own ways. In the discussion of pluralism (the acceptance of many paths to God) and exclusivism (the belief that only one path is valid), Dual Covenant Theology offers a middle ground, valuing both the Jewish covenant and the validity of other religious experiences without claiming outright exclusivity.
