DSB (Dispute Settlement Body)

The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) is a group within the World Trade Organization (WTO) responsible for resolving disagreements between member countries regarding trade rules. When countries have a conflict over trade practices, they can bring their dispute to the DSB. The body facilitates negotiations, studies the issues, and, if needed, oversees the adoption of rulings or recommendations to resolve the conflict fairly. Its goal is to ensure that international trade flows smoothly and according to agreed-upon rules, maintaining stability and fairness in global commerce.
