
Dr. Charles H. Wesley
Dr. Charles H. Wesley was a prominent African American historian, educator, and leader born in 1891. He dedicated his life to advancing education, civil rights, and the recognition of Black history. Wesley served as a university president, notably at Wilberforce University, and was a founding member of the NAACP. He authored important works on African American history and helped promote understanding of Black contributions to society.
