Downtown Improvement District

A Downtown Improvement District (DID) is a designated area within a city’s downtown core where local businesses and property owners collaborate to fund and implement enhancements. These improvements can include beautification projects, increased public safety, maintenance, and promotional activities aimed at making the area more attractive and vibrant.
