Double-pointed needles
Double-pointed needles (DPNs) are a type of knitting needle used for creating seamless, circular shapes like socks or hat tops. They consist of three or four short, pointed needles held together in a set, allowing you to knit in the round without seams. Each needle has sharply pointed ends for easily manipulating yarn, and the space between needles forms a small circular arrangement. DPNs are especially useful for knitting small circumferences and enable even tension throughout the project. They are a versatile tool for knitters working on projects requiring tubular or round fabric construction.
