Doctor Octopus (character)

Doctor Octopus, or Doc Ock, is a fictional supervillain in Marvel Comics, primarily an adversary of Spider-Man. His real name is Dr. Otto Octavius, a brilliant scientist who suffers a tragic accident during an experiment, linking four mechanical tentacles to his spine. These artificial arms grant him extraordinary strength, flexibility, and control, but also tempt him toward criminal behavior.
