Discrete distribution

A discrete distribution describes the probability of different, specific outcomes that can be counted individually, like rolling a die or flipping a coin. Each possible outcome has a certain chance of occurring, and these probabilities add up to 100%. For example, when rolling a six-sided die, each number from 1 to 6 has a 1/6 chance. Discrete distributions help us understand and predict the likelihood of each specific result, making them useful in situations involving countable events.
