It includes acts like hate speech, harmful stereotypes, or exclusion facilitated by digital technology. This form of racism can amplify prejudice rapidly, reach wide audiences, and perpetuate inequalities. Recognizing digital racism is important to promote respectful, inclusive online environments and address the ways technology can unintentionally or intentionally reinforce racial biases.
