Diamond Synthesis Techniques

Diamond synthesis techniques involve recreating natural conditions to form diamonds in a laboratory. The two main methods are High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT), which applies intense pressure and heat similar to Earth's interior, and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), where a gas mixture is broken down to deposit carbon atoms onto a substrate, gradually building a diamond layer. HPHT mimics natural formation, while CVD offers precise control, allowing for the production of high-quality synthetic diamonds used in jewelry and industrial applications.
