Dhamma (Dharma)
Dhamma (or Dharma) refers to the natural law, truth, and the way things fundamentally operate in the universe and within ourselves. It encompasses principles of ethical conduct, mental discipline, and wisdom that guide us toward harmony, understanding, and spiritual growth. In Buddhism, Dhamma is also the teachings of the Buddha that lead to liberation from suffering. Essentially, it’s about recognizing how life functions and aligning our actions and mindsets with that understanding to cultivate peace and insight. It emphasizes awareness, responsibility, and compassion as pathways to a balanced, fulfilled life.
