Deutsche Arbeitsfront
The Deutsche Arbeitsfront (German Labour Front) was a national organization established in 1933 by the Nazi Party to replace independent trade unions in Germany. It aimed to control workers and streamline labor policies under Nazi ideology, emphasizing loyalty to the state and Führer. While it claimed to improve workers' conditions, it ultimately suppressed independent labor rights, banned strikes, and prioritized military and industrial needs. The organization aligned workers with Nazi goals, maintaining control over employment and workplace activities during the regime's rule until the end of World War II.
