Denebola

Denebola is the bright star that marks the tail end of the Leo constellation, representing the lion's tail in the night sky. Its name, derived from Arabic, means "the tail of the lion." Located about 36 light-years from Earth, Denebola is a white star similar in size and brightness to our Sun but slightly hotter and more luminous. It’s part of a younger stellar family and often studied to understand star development and planetary systems. Its position makes it a useful marker for locating other celestial objects within the Leo constellation during astronomy observations.
