Deming Wheel
The Deming Wheel, also known as the PDCA cycle, is a continuous improvement process consisting of four steps: Plan, Do, Check, Act. First, identify a goal or problem (Plan). Then, implement a solution (Do). Next, review the results to see if the goal is met (Check). Finally, adjust or improve the process based on what you've learned (Act). This cycle repeats to foster ongoing enhancement in quality, efficiency, and problem-solving within organizations. It encourages systematic, thoughtful approaches to improvement rather than one-time fixes.
