Deming's Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycle
Deming's PDSA Cycle is a method for continuously improving processes and outcomes. It involves four steps: Plan, where you identify a goal and a change to test; Do, where you implement the change on a small scale; Study, where you analyze the results to see if the change made a difference; and Act, where you decide whether to adopt, modify, or abandon the change based on what you learned. This cycle encourages ongoing learning and refinement, helping organizations make thoughtful improvements over time in a structured and systematic way.
