Deming's Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle
Deming's PDCA cycle is a continuous improvement framework for solving problems and refining processes. It involves four steps: Plan, where you identify an issue and develop a plan to address it; Do, where you implement the plan on a small scale; Check, where you evaluate the results to see if the plan worked; and Act, where you standardize the successful change or revisit the plan if needed. This cycle encourages ongoing learning and improvements, helping organizations enhance quality and efficiency systematically over time.
