Deming Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act)

The Deming Cycle, also known as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), is a continuous improvement process used to improve products, services, or processes. It starts with planning a change or improvement, then implementing it on a small scale (Do). Next, you evaluate the results (Check) to see if the change was successful. Finally, based on what you learn, you decide whether to adopt the change, modify it, or discard it (Act).
