Delusional Disorder

Delusional Disorder is a mental health condition where a person firmly believes in ideas or situations that are false, despite clear evidence to the contrary. These beliefs, called delusions, are often specific and persistent, such as thinking one is being harmed, watched, or has a special talent, without any real basis. Unlike other mental illnesses, individuals with delusional disorder usually maintain normal functioning in daily life and might not appear obviously disturbed. The condition can be treated with therapy and medication, helping individuals manage their beliefs and improve their quality of life.
