Defendant Class

A defendant class, also known as a class of defendants, is a group of individuals or entities against whom a lawsuit is brought. Instead of suing each defendant separately, the court treats them as a collective group. This approach is used when multiple defendants are similarly involved in the same issue or claim, such as a common violation or misconduct.
