David Titley

David Titley is an American meteorologist and oceanographer who specializes in climate and weather forecasting. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Associate Professor at the Pennsylvania State University’s Center for Solutions to Weather and Climate Risks. Previously, he was a rear admiral in the U.S. Navy and led the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command.
