Czechoslovak Army
The Czechoslovak Army was the military force of Czechoslovakia, a country that existed from 1918 until 1992. It was responsible for national defense, national security, and participated in international peacekeeping missions. The army included ground forces, air force, and other units trained to protect the country's sovereignty. After the peaceful split of Czechoslovakia in 1993, the army was divided into two separate national forces: the Czech Army and the Slovak Army, each serving their respective countries.
