Cyclone Separators

Cyclone separators are devices used to remove particles from air or gases without using filters. They work by creating a spinning, circular motion inside a cylindrical chamber. As the mixture enters, the centrifugal force pushes the larger particles outward toward the walls, where they lose momentum and fall into a collection bin. The cleaned air then exits from the top. Cyclone separators are efficient for handling large amounts of dust, wood chips, or other debris, and are commonly used in industries like woodworking, mining, and manufacturing to improve air quality and protect equipment.
