Cycle of Death and Rebirth
The Cycle of Death and Rebirth, often called the cycle of samsara, describes how beings continuously go through birth, life, death, and rebirth. This cycle is driven by karma—actions and intentions—that influence future existences. The process is motivated by attachment, desire, and ignorance, creating a repetitive pattern of existence. Escaping this cycle involves achieving enlightenment or spiritual awakening, which breaks the connection to karma and allows one to attain liberation (nirvana). Essentially, it’s a natural, ongoing flow of existence impacted by our actions and consciousness, emphasizing personal growth and the pursuit of spiritual freedom.
