Cybernetics of society

Cybernetics of society is the study of how social systems—such as communities, organizations, and governments—manage information, feedback, and control to function effectively. It examines how social processes adapt, self-regulate, and evolve through communication, decision-making, and feedback loops. By understanding these patterns, we can see how societies maintain stability, respond to change, and improve cooperation among individuals and institutions. Essentially, it applies principles of control and communication, originally developed in engineering and biology, to analyze and enhance the functioning of social structures.
