CVE-2021-34527 (PrintNightmare)
CVE-2021-34527, known as PrintNightmare, is a serious security vulnerability affecting Windows systems that use the Print Spooler service, which manages printing tasks. This flaw allows attackers to run malicious code with system-level privileges, potentially enabling them to install software, access data, or take control of affected machines remotely. Because it targets a widely used service, many computers and networks are at risk. Microsoft released patches to address the issue, but users are encouraged to disable the Print Spooler service if not needed, to minimize exposure to this vulnerability.
