Culling

Culling is the process of selectively removing certain animals from a population to promote overall health and sustainability. It's often used in farming, wildlife management, and conservation to control numbers, eliminate weak or sick individuals, and prevent overpopulation. For example, farmers might cull cattle that are diseased or less productive to ensure the herd remains healthy and efficient. Similarly, wildlife managers might cull overpopulated species to protect their ecosystem balance. The goal of culling is to maintain a healthy, manageable, and balanced population, benefiting both the animals and the environment.
