CRT Monitor
A CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) monitor is an older type of display that uses a large glass tube to create images. Inside, an electron gun shoots streams of electrons onto a phosphor-coated screen, which glows when struck, forming images. Magnetic or electric fields direct the electron beams to specific spots on the screen, enabling the display of videos and text. CRT monitors are known for their good color accuracy and fast response times but are bulkier, heavier, and less energy-efficient compared to modern flat-panel screens like LCD or OLED displays.
