Creation and Evolution
Creation generally refers to the belief that a divine power or a higher intelligence intentionally brought the universe, Earth, and life into existence, often described in religious texts. Evolution is the scientific theory explaining how living organisms change over time through processes like natural selection and genetic variation, leading to the diversity of life we see today. While creation emphasizes a purposeful origin, evolution focuses on the natural, observable processes that shape life over millions of years. Both address origins, but from different perspectives—one spiritual and intentional, the other scientific and evidence-based.
