COVID-19 Vaccine Global Access (COVAX) initiative

COVAX is a global initiative designed to ensure fair and equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines worldwide. It brings together governments, vaccine manufacturers, and health organizations to pool resources and distribute vaccines to countries regardless of income level. The goal is to prevent COVID-19 from spreading uncontrollably in any region by providing vaccines to low- and middle-income countries that might otherwise struggle to obtain them. COVAX aims to promote worldwide health equity, accelerate pandemic control, and ensure that everyone has a fair shot at protection against the virus.
