Counter-proposal

A counter-proposal is a response to an initial proposal in which one party suggests alternative terms or conditions. Essentially, if someone offers a deal or agreement that another party finds unfavorable, they can create a counter-proposal to negotiate for better terms. This process is common in various contexts, such as business negotiations, legal agreements, or project collaborations. The goal of a counter-proposal is to reach a mutually agreeable outcome that satisfies both parties' interests. It reflects a willingness to compromise and continue discussions rather than rejecting the initial offer outright.
