
Council of the Baltic Sea States
The Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) is a regional organization established in 1992 to promote cooperation among countries surrounding the Baltic Sea, including Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, and Sweden.
