Cougar Volleyball

Cougar Volleyball is the women's volleyball team representing a university, competing in collegiate-level matches against other universities. The team practices regularly to develop skills like passing, serving, and teamwork. Their goal is to score points by hitting the ball over the net into the opponent's court, while preventing the opposing team from doing the same. Matches are played in sets, and winning matches contributes to the team’s overall ranking.
