Cosmic Silence

Cosmic Silence, also known as the Fermi Paradox, refers to the apparent contradiction between the high likelihood of extraterrestrial life in the universe and the lack of observed evidence or contact with such civilizations. Given the vast number of stars and planets, many scientists expect intelligent life to exist elsewhere. However, despite extensive searches, we have found no definitive signs, signals, or visits. This silence prompts questions about the rarity of advanced civilizations, their possible self-destruction, or limitations in our detection methods, making it a central mystery in understanding our place in the cosmos.
