corporate arbitration
Corporate arbitration is a private method of resolving disputes between businesses outside of the court system. Instead of going to court, the parties agree to submit their disagreement to one or more neutral arbitrators, who act like judges. These arbitrators review the evidence and make a binding decision. This process is often faster, less formal, and more confidential than traditional litigation. Companies may choose arbitration to save time and costs, and to have more control over the resolution process and the expertise of the person deciding their case.
