Cornell Note-taking System
The Cornell Note-taking System is a structured method to organize and review information efficiently. It involves dividing your notes into three sections: a main area for recording lecture or reading details, a narrower margin on the left for key questions or keywords, and a summary space at the bottom. During class, you write notes in the main area. Afterward, you formulate questions based on those notes in the margin to facilitate review. Finally, you summarize the content at the bottom to reinforce understanding. This system enhances active engagement and aids in retaining and studying material more effectively.
