Cooperative Multi-Agent Systems
Cooperative Multi-Agent Systems consist of multiple autonomous entities, called agents, that work together to achieve shared goals. Each agent is capable of perceiving its environment, making decisions, and communicating with other agents. By coordinating their actions, these systems efficiently solve complex problems that would be difficult for a single agent to handle alone. Examples include fleet of drones performing coordinated delivery, robotic teams in manufacturing, or distributed sensor networks. The key idea is cooperation: agents communicate, share information, and adapt their behavior to accomplish tasks more effectively than working independently.
